Thank You Florida Blue

March 2021

Florida Blue generously awarded 4Roots with $1.7 million to assist in the establishment of the Culinary Health Institute (CHI) at the 4Roots Farm Campus. The CHI is a research and wellness consultation facility dedicated to the study of “food as medicine” and designed to produce services and products to advance whole person health and healing on a farm, where the food is grown.

Thank you Florida Blue for supporting the 4Roots mission and working with us to build solutions for a better food future!

And The Winner Is

In December, 4Roots announced a limited-time opportunity to permanently name 180 trees that will be planted on our Farm Campus. Each naming right purchased was entered into a raffle for a chance to win a $28,000 luxury trip for 8 to the Bahamas, generously donated by Tavistock. The winner was…. Kyle Nylander, Boys Electrical Contractors!
4Roots is excited to partner with Boys Electrical Contractors to challenge the status quo on commercial electrical work by rethinking the way we source our materials and the impact it has on our environment. Boys Electrical Contractors’ contribution to this project is more than just the typical electrical installation. This electrical distribution system will power the 4Roots Campus legacy of sustainability and prosperity for generations within this community.
Thank you to everyone who purchased tree naming rights! We still have tree naming rights available for $1,000 each. Please contact Tamara with 4Roots by phone at 407.775.6424, or by email at tamarad@4rootsfarm.org for more information.
