4Roots is in need of volunteers to help from seed to feed, both at the 4Roots Warehouse and at the 4Roots Farm Campus.

Opportunities include: Seeding and weeding, packaging fresh produce from local farmers, distributing fresh locally grown produce to the community, gleaning, composting, building box gardens, and gardening
