Plant Based Potluck and Community Conversation

Join us for a delicious evening of food and connection at the 4Roots Plant-Based Potluck! Whether you’re fully plant-based, plant-curious, or just love good food and good conversation, this free event is open to all.

🌿 Bring a Dish:
Please prepare a plant-based dish that serves at least 10 people, and include the recipe with ingredients listed so others can learn and be inspired!

Plant-based only: 

  • No animal-based products (that includes meat, chicken, fish. Watch out for chicken broth, fish/bonita flakes and bacon bits)
  • No dairy (butter, cheese, milk, etc.), egg, or honey

Plant-based curious or not a cook? No problem! Join in by bringing something simple like: (make sure you bring enough for 10 people)

  •  Fruit
  • Veggies with hummus or baba ghanoush
  • Pita chips and salsa
  • A mix of nuts and olives

Harvest to Table

A Culinary Health Dinner Experience

Join us for the inaugural “Harvest to Table” event at 4Roots Farm, a hands-on culinary and educational experience led by 4-time James Beard Best Chef Semifinalist Chef Hari Pulapaka, Director of Culinary Education at the Culinary Health Institute, in collaboration with Dr. Arianna Becker, a board-certified physician in Family and Lifestyle Medicine with a deep passion for prevention and empowerment.

This intimate gathering will welcome participants for a meaningful evening exploring the nutritional, agricultural, and culinary impact of plant-forward cooking, with a spotlight on soy as a versatile, heart-healthy ingredient. Guests will harvest seasonal produce straight from the 4Roots Farm, followed by a guided cooking session and conversation around the power of food as medicine.

Wednesday, May 28th from 6-8pm at the 4Roots Farm Campus: 1101 N. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32804

Experience Includes:

– Fresh ingredients harvested from the 4Roots Farm.

– Interactive educational talk by Dr. Arianna Becker on the health benefits of soy and plant-based diets.

– Educational cooking demonstration and – hands-on cooking activity led by award-winning Chef Hari.

– Delicious dinner and conversation.
