We are still smiling from ear to ear after hosting a truly magical evening at the 4Roots Farm Campus. Our sold-out pasta-making class with Nonna Giovanna from Pasta with Nonna was nothing short of unforgettable.
From the moment guests arrived, the farm was filled with laughter, the aroma of fresh herbs, and the joy of gathering together around food. Nonna Giovanna guided everyone through the art of handcrafting fresh fettuccine and pesto — flour-dusted hands, rolling pins, and all — carrying on the beloved tradition started by Nonna Nerina, whose “Pasta with Grandma” experience became a global sensation.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a classic bruschetta welcome, a fascinating olive oil masterclass and tasting with Vignoli Italian Olive Oil, a guided farm tour to see where our ingredients grow, and finally, a warm family-style dinner where we shared the fruits (and pasta!) of our labor.
We are so grateful to Nonna Giovanna and the Pasta with Nonna team for bringing the spirit of Italy to Orlando, to Vignoli for sharing their expertise, and to everyone who joined us for making the night so special.
