Nestled among the gardens and fields of the 4Roots Farm Campus, Origin is an intimate dining experience where the story of every remarkable meal begins.
In partnership with a celebrated guest chef, a local farmer, and 4Roots’ Chef Hari Pulapaka, each dinner is a unique exploration of the season—never repeated, and rooted in what the land has to offer at that moment.
Origin is more than fine dining. It is an invitation to experience food with a deeper sense of wonder.

This Month’s Theme & Featured Chef
The Origin season begins with Roots, a celebration of the agricultural foundations of our region through autumn harvests and timeless cooking traditions.
This one-night-only dining inaugural dinner features acclaimed Central Florida chef Kevin Fonzo, a James Beard Award semifinalist and one of Orlando’s original pioneers of the local food movement.
