Join us at the 4Roots Farm Campus for a hands-on Make & Take Workshop designed to help you stay protected the natural way this summer! In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to create your own non-toxic, eco-friendly bug spray using plant-based ingredients inspired by the farm.
During this guided experience, you’ll explore the benefits of natural bug repellents and how to blend essential oils and botanical elements to create an effective, great-smelling alternative to conventional sprays. Our team will walk you through the process step-by-step, sharing tips on ingredients, measurements, and how to customize your formula.
We’ll begin with a brief presentation highlighting the preparation of ingredients and the natural properties that help keep bugs at bay. Then it’s time to create: each participant will mix their own bottle of bug spray to take home, along with the knowledge and confidence to make more on their own.
