Join us for a hands-on cooking workshop where kids and adults cook side-by-side, learning simple ways to transform a classic spaghetti meal into nutritious, flavorful alternatives the whole family will enjoy.
Together, you’ll prepare and taste four spaghetti sauces, from a traditional meat sauce to a hearty plant-based lentil and vegetable sauce, discovering how easy ingredient swaps can add more nutrition without sacrificing flavor.
Led by AdventHealth’s Dr. Angela Fals, Pediatric Board-Certified Obesity Medicine physician and Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist, and Allison Harrell, Registered Dietitian and Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist.
