Build your kitchen confidence through our Cooking with Confidence culinary demonstration series!

Come join Chef Erik as we learn about the culinary side of the Fungi Kingdom. We’ll demystify everything from mushroom quality, Umami, cooking & preserving techniques which bring out the flavor and nutritional benefits of these mysterious ingredients and enhance our health in a myriad of ways in a fun class you won’t soon forget!

Chef Erik will also offer educational resources on mushroom growing, foraging & their ecological importance for anyone curious to learn more!

Menu: Tacos Setas de Ostra — Oyster Mushroom Tacos with shaved cabbage & red onion, tomatillo-corn-tomato salsa, and coconut lime cremá
