Join the Culinary Health Institute at 4Roots Farm for the 2nd Annual Farm to Health Continuing Medical Education (CME) Conference, a one-of-a-kind educational experience designed for health professionals passionate about whole-person, food-forward care.

This immersive conference is presented by the Ardmore Institute of Health (AIH) and is part of the Florida Food is Medicine Partnership Series, following Day 1: The 4th Annual Food is Medicine Symposium on October 8 in Winter Park, Florida.

Bringing together physicians, dietitians, faculty, and allied health professionals, this program explores Food as Medicine, lifestyle-based care, and culinary medicine through evidence-based lectures and hands-on, experiential learning. Limited seating is available.

Hosted by Dr. Arianna Becker, the program features a team of experienced healthcare and culinary experts exploring the role of food as medicine in clinical and community settings.
