Learn the art of creating a beautifully styled grazing board with Chef Jon, owner and curator of Journey Across the Board.
We will use cut from wheel cheeses , local produce (including items harvested directly here at the farm) , bespoke charcuterie , and unique accompaniments
With guided instruction, you’ll explore flavor pairings, styling techniques, and a few clever knife tricks as you transform seasonal ingredients into your own deliciously spooky, coffin-shaped creation.
