At the 2025 Food Solutions Summit, hosted by 4Roots Foundation and KPMG at the world-class KPMG Lakehouse in Orlando, the brightest minds in food, health, and innovation gathered with one goal: to create actionable solutions for the future of our food systems.
A Convergence of Industry Giants
In a room that represented the entire food value chain, from farm to fork, executives, policymakers, and innovators came together to do more than just talk. Leaders from AdventHealth, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Disney, Florida Blue, Gordon Food Service, IBM, Pepsi, Publix and Taylor Farms rolled up their sleeves to face one of the most pressing challenges of our time: building a sustainable, equitable, and resilient global food system.
Collaboration that Drives Change
Facilitated by KPMG’s expert Ignition team and made possible by AdventHealth and Florida Blue, the summit moved beyond conversation and into co-creation. Together, participants identified the biggest roadblocks to healthy, sustainable food systems — and began developing bold, scalable solutions.
The work of this summit will not end here. KPMG will consolidate the summit’s outcomes into a comprehensive white paper, charting a clear course toward implementation and accountability. This first summit marks the beginning of an annual series dedicated to measuring progress, refining strategies, and driving systemic change year after year.
Laying the Foundation for the Future
As we reflect on this extraordinary gathering, one thing is clear: when leaders from across industries come together, real change becomes possible. The summit is not just a milestone — it’s the starting line for a movement that will transform how communities think about, access, and interact with food.
